Deuce was out on a walk about 3 weeks ago when a 5 year old girl saw him and came running toward him yelling with excitement. She ran right up to his face and started patting and petting him on his head. Yikes!
Rather than becoming upset, Deuce wagged his tail and greeted her in a friendly manner. I wasn't surprised because he is always good around kids, but for her to do everything wrong and him to do everything right made me so proud of his people skills.

| Rex made me happy last summer when I found him half a block away from our house after he'd escaped from the backyard (pool guys left the gate unlatched). He saw me coming but didn't bolt and came right over when I called him. With his love of chasing and running I was very worried when I couldn't find him. But it turned out that the training work we've been doing paid off.

Captain Jack won a local agility tournament that I'd invited friends and family to. It was a big moment for us after working on the agility training for a while. And to have him do so well in front of others. Ideal.

| What makes me happiest is being able to take my guy out and about without a leash and having him follow my commands. I worked hard on heel, stay and come here and he learned them well. His obedience is top notch and makes me proud.
