Q: Why do you require email activation before I can complete my registration?
A: In order to protect against spam and fraudulent users, we require authentication prior to account activation. We know that this presents a small inconvenience to our valued members but hope that the extra safety within our community is worth the extra step. Thank you for your understanding! |

Q: Do I need to register a student (dog) in order to participate in the forums?
A: No, you can participate in the Games and Forums without registering a student. Since registration is free, we encourage you register your dog so that you can also enter Talent Show contests and create a profile in our Yearbook. |

Q: What is the difference between Registration and Enrollment?
A: Registration is free and allows you to participate in our community including Games, Forums, Yearbook Profiles and Talent Show. Enrollment starts at $29.95 and is the gateway to our Dog Training Programs. |

Q: Why isn't my discount code reflected in my order total?
A: When you enter your discount code, be sure to hit the "apply" button for the discount to take effect. If you still do not see your savings, your code may have expired. You can contact us and we will be happy to look into it for you.
